At the time of the initial phone call, you we will need to give us some preliminary information before a Kathleen can assist you.  This client intake process will only take a few minutes.  We need background information such as: name, address, court-date, case numbers etc...  Don't worry if you do not have all the information required, we can get that information for you at the proper time.  After the client intake is complete, a phone consultation will be scheduled and you will be able to consult with Kathleen Colton .  She will explain to you the following:
