The Law Offices of Kathleen Colton, Ltd. was established and incorporated in March 1994.  After serving as a Public Defender in Kane County, IL, and then as a partner in a law firm in Aurora IL, Kathleen Colton decided that she wanted to created a law firm that concentrates only in criminal law.
